Some ways to use them are to support your health, to create a more natural home for your family, to use DIY natural cleaning recipes without all the toxins, to make your home smell good without all those harmful chemicals, or to have in case you need them as part of a natural remedy cabinet. Pick one area and start there!

However you start, make sure you commit to the process and go slow. Only focus on that one area, learn about that area, then move on when you feel like you know what you are doing. People get overwhelmed and frustrated if they try to do too much too fast!

Just remember why you decided to start making this change, and that this is one of the best things you can do for your family! You are on the right track even if it takes awhile to fully learn everything.

2. Take Consistent Steps Daily

There is a lot to learn about essential oils and how they work, and that is why it’s so important to keep moving forward.

No one is perfect. Things are not always going to work out the way you wanted them to, and it might be more difficult than you imagined. During these moments, remember to dust yourself off and keep going.

Instead of looking at your “failures” as failures, look at them as learning tools that help you along the way. Along with that, your mindset is going to be so important in your journey.
