How I Use Roller Bottles {Video}

simply reeni

In this video I go over ways to use roller bottles, and how I personally use them.

One of my favorite ways to use essential oils is by applying them using roller bottles. There are so many ways to do this, and you can create essential oil blends depending on your specific needs!

They can be applied in a number of different ways, but my favorite ways are on the bottoms of my feet, on the back of my neck, my wrists, and on my temples.

If you are just starting out with essential oils, I would recommend using them on the bottoms of your feet for a little bit until you body gets adjusted to them.

I also use them on my stomach occasionally and in targeted areas where I need extra support.

The more you start using your essential oils the more your body will start telling you not only what essential oils your body needs, but also in what areas. Our bodies are so amazing. This is why we need to help provide it will the tools it needs to function properly.

I hope this helps if you are looking for ways to use roller bottles!
