How to Make Essential Oil Spray Bottles + Recipes

There are so many different ways to use essential oils! One way that my family and I use them is by creating essential oil spray bottles. They are not only great for having around the house, but also for on the go!

How to Make Essential Oil Spray Bottles:

The first step in creating these essential oil spray bottle blends is by purchasing glass spray bottles. I normally use the 30 ml ones since they are easy to just through in my purse to take with me if needed!

Next, get the desired essential oils you want to use and some distilled water. I normally use about 30 drops of essential oils total, and then add the water. Make sure you shake it up after you are done putting the spray cap back on!

That’s it! It is so simple, and they are so easy to use.

Essential Oil Spray Bottle Recipes:

Here are my three favorite recipes to create! I love taking my purify recipe with me to grocery stores and spray the cart with the blend before using it.

Sleepy Time-

15 drops lavender + 15 drops white fir (fill the rest of the way with distilled water)

Kids Playroom-

10 drops wild orange + 10 drops lavender + 10 drops grounding blend (fill the rest of the way with distilled water)

Purify-

30 drops purify essential oil

or 15 drops purify + 15 drops on guard (when seasonal threats are high)

(fill the rest of the way with distilled water)

There are so many other recipes you could make with these glass spray bottles. I just wanted to provide my most popular 3 recipes that I use!

Until Next Time,

I’ve had spray bottles sitting in my amazon cart for weeks to make this (and to spray my cat when he scratches the couch but that’s for another time.) Definitely want to make this to spray on my pillow at night!ReplyCancel
