  1. This is very similar to the go to smoothie I try to drink every day for a healthy lunch. The only thing I do differently is add some fresh pineapple chunks and I usually do both fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries. I really like the idea of adding the protein powder, but I guess I need to experiment a bit with the type, because when I’ve attempted it, my smoothie came out too thick and kind of gritty!
