I love juicing because it provides so many benefits! It is a powerhouse full of nutrients that get absorbed into your body very quickly since it is easy to digest.
One of my favorite recipes is my “Blueberry Weight Loss Juicing Recipe.” I love it because it contains blueberries and many other green vegetables to give it a nutrient punch!
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like blueberries so this is a great weight loss juicing recipe!
A couple of things to remember when you make your blueberry weight loss juice:
- Try to drink your juice right after juicing in order to receive the full benefits.
- Make sure you don’t “chug” your weight loss juice, but instead drink it slowly so the saliva has a chance to break it down.
- Try to drink this blueberry weight loss juice first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach.
**If you don’t have a juicer you can blend all the ingredients below and add enough water to make a blended blueberry weight loss recipe!
Blueberry Weight Loss Juicing Recipe:
1/2 medium cucumber
1 cup of kale
1 cup of spinach
2 celery sticks
1 medium green apple
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 inch fresh ginger root
