DIY Essential Oil Roller Bottles {Video}

One of my favorite ways to use essential oils is by roller bottles! They are so easy to create, but help make using essential oils so much easier. This is how I create essential oil roller bottles for my family.

Essential oil roller bottles are so simple to create. All you need are:

• Roller Bottles
• Essential Oils
• Carrier Oil {my favorite is fractionated coconut oil}
• Labels

For my son who is about 15 months old, I use 10 drops of essential oils for every 10 ml of carrier oil used.

For my husband and I, 20 drops of essential oils for every 10 ml of carrier oil used is the perfect ratio.

I make sure to use different color roller bottles in order to tell the toddler roller bottles from the adult roller bottles. There are some roller bottles on amazon that I love!

**Always remember with essential oils {especially if you are starting out} that less is more!
